Ninja Japanese Steakhouse

This is my second time eating here with friends/family. Both times we ate at the Hibachi grill where they prepare your food right in front of you. The food, and the experience, is great. Initially I was unsure of the price, but once I got the food it was worth it. They served a lot of food, it all tasted fantastic. So it is absolutely worth it.

Amazing! Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Habitchi entertaining. The sushi choices and flavors, OH MY! Scallops melted in our mouths, the salmon almost sinful and steak just delicious. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. We even managed to find menu items for my niece with severe food allergies.

Lunch specials are reasonably priced. Their specialty is sushi. I don't recommend the teriyaki steak - small and barely warm. I do recommend the calamari appetizer. They were tender with good flavor about the size of fried cheese sticks. Not a fan of the plastic trays, too much like a school cafeteria.

This is an extraordinary surprise to find in Cedar City. Good food prepared in an entertaing and way on the hibachi side, along with good service. I watched one of the hibachi chefs who was entertaining enough to charge a cover to see. This wasn't my first rodeo. I I'm a retired Navy Officer and have eaten in Hibachi restraints in many places (foreign and domestic) pay attention and enjoy yourself!

Clean and friendly. Husband and I love to go for sushi happy hour, 5$ dollar rolls. Everything is fresh. The atmosphere is date worthy. We could talk and hear each other. Price was fine by me.
