Took my wife here for Valentines. This was our first time here. It was so good. There food bar was better than Texas Brazil that is located in Salt Lake. I also found the meat to be not so salty which was good.
Our Waitress Megan was super nice and helpful. She was very attentive. A guy named Grant was great, he was one of the guys that came around with the meats. He was friendly and made us laugh. Great friendly atmosphere.
Everything was cooked perfect and got to us fairly quickly. The only thing we didn’t like was couldn’t take any drinks to go.

We enjoyed a great meal on Saturday, after my Nephew's wedding. I was very great full to see that my Sister, who had quite a few food allergies, was able to get a list of the different foods served. This was extremely helpful to her, and she was able to really enjoy a great meal !

I don't usually review restaurants, but my husband and I had such a wonderful experience. We really like the Rodizio in American Fork, but the Provo location takes it to the next level. The food was excellent, and the service was beyond attentive - asking us for requests, making sure we had received the food we asked for, and just going out of the way to provide us with a great experience. The atmosphere was also much more preferable - it feels open and comfortable, with plenty of room. 10/10 all the way!

Great food. A little on the pricy side, but well worth it. Having lived in Brazil, the food brings back so many memories. The all you can eat nature makes sure you will probably roll out, not walk. Oh, and get the passion fruit lime aid. Muito bom

My problems with Rodizio,
First regards to what the problems with service. The first problem was the hostess, when we came in nobody was at the desk to seat us the hostesses where in the back talking. The main problem with service was our waiters. We ordered some drinks and did not get them until well into our meal. We also had to wait before we could get a waiter to come get us refills. We also had 3 people come at different times in the meal introduce themself as or waiter (not including the people who bring the meat).
Normally stuff like this would not bother me but the restaurant was near empty so we knew it was not because of a lot of orders and people.
Now I want to make clear everyone was very kind and welcoming. I think our waiters were new and inexperienced and i have faith the will improve with time.
In regards to the food
The first thing we had was the top sirloin which was excellent. The pineapple was also very good. My wife who does not like cooked pineapple actually enjoyed it. But after that most everything was was just okay at best. The center cut sirloin was the main thing we did not like. Very dry and and bland. My wife said that it tasted like the meat from MacDonald's hamburger. Which is not what you want to hear when you are paying 30 dollars a plate for your anniversary. The sweet and spicy chicken tasted more like buffalo which was a little off putting for me. When I am expecting Asian flavor and got cheap buffalo wing sause.
I think our problems really came from two main things. One is we got a lot of the end cuts with a lot of fat. Some of the pieces we got was mostly cold fat which made it hard to eat. Second is that much of the food must have been cooked earlier and so it did not seem as fresh as we would have liked. Maybe it was because the night was slow and so the food sat for longer then normal but again you expect more when you are paying more. It could be just my taste, I like my meat cooked medium rare and we got mostly very well done meat which left it dry. This was very disappointing when i have heard such good things about Rodizio's food in the past.
