Ruby River

The steaks were perfect- flavorful and cooked exactly as requested. All the sides were great! Even the side salad surprised me with how yummy it was! I had a blue cocktail with a rhyming name, which was absolutely delicious! Our server was very attentive, sweet, and professional. She didn’t hover, but she was there when we needed anything. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, the food was perfect, the server was incredible... Zero complaints! Can’t wait to go back!

I've given Ruby River multiple opportunities, but they just don't come through consistently. The food is pretty good, no complaints there. However, it's a no-star on service. I've been in with small parties of 2 all the way up to large corporate dinners, and I have to say, every time the service is really bad. Wait times double or triple what is told a check-in, getting seated only to not have anyone come to the table (even for drinks) for 30 minutes+ (this one has happened on several occasions), messed up food orders, no re-fills, never seeing wait-staff. I don't have high expectations for service, but this place consistently fails to even meet the lowest expectations when you eat out. Do yourself a favor and pick another steakhouse in the valley.

The service is poor. The restaurant is dirty. The employees were all grouped up and enjoying socializing with each other instead of working. The baked potato was way undercooked. The steak had so much salt you couldn’t eat it. Definitely a once and never again.

Can't go wrong. This is a real steak House. Don't your date order your steak well done! Sweet potato is the best! And their stuffed jalepeno appetizer are worth the splurge!

This is a fine steak house. We had the salmon but should have gotten the Prime rib. The staff was friendly. The service was quick but not too quick. The atmosphere was not too loud that its hard to talk. Our plate was chipped but this did not affect the food just seemed a little low end. I would mind going back but I probably won't rush back.
