Lots of stuff to choose from. They are friendly and good with kids. They give kids free balloons in the kids department. They do free make up service to. They are service dog friendly.

Mens bathrooms is horrible. Want to keep a high standard, do it with everything including restrooms. One urnial is not working. Sink is leaking water everywhere. Garbage is over flowing. Toilet seat covers all over the place. Messy! All that after walking past $3000 designer brand suits and tuxedos.

Baby has been hooked up with Nordys for like uh thirty three years so far. Always found what we were looking for and won't complain about the price of anything. WE LIKE TO GO INTO THE PLACE WERE SPENDING MONEY AT!!!!! Yes that's how we like to shop and it ain't changing in this life time. High end clothing and accessories all day every day and returns easy and more help sometimes than needed but that's great too!!! And don't forget about alterations done for free? Yes. You can pick an associate and she will help you with things all the way through checkout. And that's the way it should be....

The staff at the restaurant/cafe are always so friendly & the food is served perfect every time. In addition I give Nordstrom five stars for there return policy, it's so convenient to make a return with no questions asked. Keep up the good work!

Excellent and helpful staff, especially the Admin at the Clackamas Nordstrom! One Of my children’s Christmas letters did not arrive and they kept asking where their letter was from Santa. I called Nordstrom to ask if maybe it was missed or possibly could be arriving late via postal mail. They made sure to take care of our family immediately and with such genuine positivity and thoughtfulness. My 3 year old received her letter, and it was even written especially for her! It was so special and made her day, she even told me, “It’s not your letter Mommy, it’s mine!!” Lol! My husband and I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the Manager and Admin at Nordstrom that made our little girl and little guy feel so special during the holidays! Thank you Santa’s helper!!

As a customer I came In to Nordstrom yesterday night at 6:30 and was at the makeup counters. No one of your staffs was even bothered to even assist me or even approached me to help. They where not even with any customers and was talking to each other. I had only one employee over at fragrance help and she was very nice. As for the rest over at cosmetics none of them were very helpful or accommodating. I ask for help from a gal over at Mac counter with an item of a 400$ Estée Lauder serum I wanted to purchase and she just said she didn’t know and walked off. I felt as though the employees were picking and choosing who they wanted to help base of looks. Very disappointing with service so I would like to let you know. Rated for customers service but unfortunately the employees over at cosmetics could be more helpful and warming towards customers even if it’s towards end of day.

Staff is always so helpful and attentive from a full stylist to a random staff wandering around. I've always had great experiences here and manage to score great deals. They are never pushy on items either.

We were recently looking for a homecoming dress for my very tiny daughter. The sweetheart in the BP section was so helpful and I regret that I forgot her name. If you want great customer service Nordstrom is always your best bet.

Nordstroms backs your purchases. I brought a couple of expensive shoes back that I had issues with. They backed them 100%. I was served by Alejandro. He was fabulous! He quickly exchanged the shoes I had issues with. He was so patient. He must've ran back to the stockroom a dozen times, as I decided I wanted to purchase two extra pairs, and I couldn't decide on which ones. I highly recommend asking for Alejandro when going to Nordstrom to purchase shoes. It's way better being served by a real person and getting exactly what your looking for the first time. Go see Alejandro!

I took my mother there not long ago. She wanted to go shopping while in town. The staff was super helpful and patient with her. She can be a little feisty sometimes. I don't usually shop there, but my mom loves it. If she is happy, I am happy.
