Zumiez

Normally this store has good customer service, however, on this Saturday before Christmas, the store was slammed. The store was under staffed. Only two checkout stations and the line was twenty customers deep. I waited in line over thirty minutes for a gift card. There products are of good quality. However. This trip was a night mare.

Bought something online and picked it up in store but continued to receive emails twice daily everyday for 2+ weeks after picking it up saying “your order is ready” I reached out by email saying I had picked this up and needed the emails to stop and the person who reached out, Gaby, was very rude. Don’t waste your money on anything Zumiez

Was able to buy new skate wheel nuts, independent large hoodie.. well stocked place to go for your skating needs nationwide...

workers are always so nice and I always feel bad when I ask them for help cause it's usually so busy but they've never been anything short of helpful

The discs on my snowboard bindings broke and I brought them into the store see if I could get help I bought the bindings somewhere else and Ben and George went above and beyond. They were empathetic, spent their time and efforts to help me out, and went as far as to dig through their inventory for an extra pair that never sold. They are absolutely wonderful people and deserve a promotion for their exceptional customer service. This isn’t the first time I’ve been to the store either. Every single employee at Clackamas Zumiez has been amazing. Whoever is in charge of hiring is killin it at their job.

Best skate shop I've ever visited in my life. I often fear going into a skate shop alone to be completely honest. It's nothing bad. I just have anxiety going into a skate shop all alone so I need friends to help. But I seem to enjoy myself when I am inside. Very friendly people. Will be returning in the future with a friend

Love this place. Probably expected by a 15-year-old kid, but quite a few of the shirts and hoodies I actually wear come from here. Good atmosphere, good music, but try to go for a local shop if you can.

Had a really unpleasant experience with the staff from Zumiez from the Clackamas Town Center Mall. My friend purchased a hoodie from that store earlier today. After she paid for it and got a receipt we decided to go to a couple other businesses. After about an hour after our Zumiez visit we were approached by one of the male workers from Zumiez. He has leg tattoos on his shins and is about 5ft 5. He accused us of walking away without paying for the hoodie. He said one of his coworkers saw us from across the mall while we were standing outside of Hollister and told him we never paid for the hoodie when we were inside the store earlier. My friend showed him the receipt and he recognized the name of the associate the helped my friend, but said she had left the store so we couldn’t talk to her about the incident. Not sure if we were racially profiled because of the color of our skin, or whatever. All I can say is if someone really had the intention of stealing something then they probably wouldn’t stick around the mall for awhile. We come from hard working families with values. This was uncalled for. Maybe train your staff better in terms of communication. Look through your system to verify purchases and check your cameras before you accuse people of stealing and making them feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Not sure if I want to spend a single dollar at this store ever again. When snowboarding season comes back around I’ll make sure to go to another place along with many of my friends.

I had a pretty good experience there recently when I returned some shoes I bought from the web store. Some of the guys working there didn't give me the time of day assuming it was the face mask I was wearing for allergies, but still... but the women* working there were very helpful and engaging. I appreciated that, as well as the options of how to return/exchange or get a store credit.

Had a great experience with an employee named arie today. She took her time and helped us pick out so many great things. She really knew the style my daughter was after and it made my shopping trip so much easier . Thank you!
