Torrid

100% would recommend!!!! It was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. The staff were so awesome. They made sure we had whatever we needed and brought different sizes. Besides being so helpful, they gave great advice! Best places to shop in the area!

I love this store, my mother's and I had a wonderful time looking thur the clearance racks, and buying matching sweaters. The staff was so helpful and were more then happy to help us find the perfect pairs of jeans. The only reason it didn't get five out of five stars is, because most of the stuff in the store is so expensive.

The sales person did an amazing job. When I started what issue I was having with a type of clothing, she guessed I was wearing the wrong size, measured me and then brought me lot of styles to try on. Needless to say, she was right and I am very happy with my purchases.

I love Torrid, I just wish they had more stores.

The lady at the dressing room was very helpful and she took the time to look in the back for me. I wear a size 2 in pants and they only had 3 in the front. She found a size 2 …had two left. they both fit perfectly. I don’t like tight clothes. Thank you . I saw a size 1 tee and that fit perfectly too. All this stuff was on sale. Clean store …top 2.

This is a nice location. The staff are helpful without being pushy and the store is clean and well organized.

Haven't been to this location in a while. Associates were very helpful! Store wasn't super cluttered and the fitting rooms were clean. The only down side is the chairs being in the middle of the fitting room area and making it cluttered and not having enough room to move around people if you were talking to/showing clothes to someone in a fitting room.

This isn't my favorite Torrid, but they were friendly and helpful. I stopped in quickly to get a coat as I was getting ready to go to Zoo Lights--at least until I realized I left it all the way back in Eugene. Anyways, I love the fit of the clothes, and Torrids typically are trans friendly which is very nice

I believe the customer service is on point but the amount of time it takes for a transaction is ridiculous. Like ring the clothes, throw the items in a bag and keep it pushing. Just know this does not mean that the women in this store doesn’t work hard. It is just a process that needs some work.
