I think I had an outlying experience based on other people's feedback. The lady that helped me and fitted me was acting like she really didn't care. Didn't ask any probing questions to try to figure out what they have that might work for me. Didn't even tell me what size she thought I was. They didn't have my size in the style and fit that I needed so they suggested Lane Bryant and I did end up going there and had a superb experience. As for Soma...I probably won't be back.

I have a hard time getting fitted for bras for personal reasons. I have avoided it at all costs but my bra didn't fit correctly for over 4 years. My friends encouraged me to get fitted as I was having back problems. I went in and was met with kind smile. The employee could tell I was uncomfortable and after trying on the second bra, I started to get emotional and overwhelmed. The girl who had been helping me realized this without making me uncomfortable and grabbed her coworker who had been doing this longer. She was so kind and asked why I was upset. I assured her it was not them and it was a personal reason. She fitted me to a bra I felt REALLY good in I haven't felt comfortable in a bra in years. I know I was a hard customer as I was in tears through most of it, bit their kindness was so helpful during this process. I cannot thank them enough for helping me.

I needed a bra last minute since the one I packed did not fit with my bridesmaid dress. I was greeted on entry, everyone was so helpful and quick. They had great knowledge of the products and it was the best bra shopping experience I've had in a really long time. Thank you!

Excellent place to go get fitted for bras. Took my teenager girls there for a real fitting. The staff was wonderful, patient, and knowledgeable. The girls were able to try in many different styles and decided what they liked best! We will be returning!

This is the best bra store ever. The sales associates are amazing. Every time I've been in the ladies are so attentive and patent. They will happily spend an hour assisting you with finding the perfect bra.

I spent $300 on bras in February. By the end of April the wires poked through on 3 of them. The other 2 hadn't been worn yet. Because it was just past 60 days since I bought them, Soma would not give me an exchange for the bras. I bought 4 bras in 2015 that lasted and wore well for 2 years. These new bras didn't last 3 months. Do not waste your money on poor quality junk and rude service. Go anywhere else.

They have a nice selection of bras in larger sizes. The sales lady was incredibly helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for.

Great products. They'll help you get the right fit for your body. The underwear is high quality and long lasting. Definitely worth the money.

They we're very helpful in sizing me but nothing they had worked. It was very quiet and not many customers. Bras run over fifty each.
