This is the absolute worst walk in care clinic I have ever been to and I'm sick so I've been to a lot over the years. The woman at the front desk checking people in was so ignorant to me that one of the people who worked there pulled me off to the side in the parking lot and felt the need to apologize for their colleagues behavior. The SAME woman at the front desk (a young blonde) hung up on me repeatedly (I was new in town and I was lost trying to find them which she knew) until the clinic closed for the day so she didn't have to do her job. My second run in with her; I was standing in front of her with my 17 month old son having spent THREE HOURS trying to get an appointment ( I called ahead of time) where she made me leave and come back 2 hours later and then told me they wouldn't see me even though they had over an hour until they closed and only one patient in the waiting room. she told me I needed to leave and when I asked where else we could go, she refused to respond to me. She gave me nasty looks, she was snotty, rude, and completely incompetent. I seriously hope she gets fired and that no one else gets treated the way she treated me and my son AGAIN today. If they hire a receptionist like this... I hate to see what kind of doctors work for them. Praise God for the amazing woman in the parking lot who gave me the information to Blue ridge walk-in-care clinic. Not only did they treat me with respect, they helped me find them when I got lost today, they took me in when they were about to close because they saw how much we needed help, they got us medical attention promptly and now I have an incredible new PCP. The blonde at the front desk at NGM needs to be fired. If you can't be a caring and kind person, you have no business working in the medical field. If anyone else has a run in with her, contact her boss and file a formal complaint. I sincerely hope that when she becomes a mother that no one treats her the way she chose to treat my son and I today.

Got the best treatment here, this is a great hospital, slow but great.
