I scheduled early morning appointments and I’ve always been seen by appointment time. Very nice accommodating staff and technicians. Great facility and made comfortable during exams.

Not impressed at all. The other braselton location is a lot better.

Seen almost on time each appointment. The frustrating thing about appointment time is they request that you be there 30 minutes before hand yet THEY don't see you to fill out those so called forms until the actual appointment time. So, you end up sitting there in that cool lobby for 30 minutes waiting impatiently! I DON'T understand what the coming 30 minutes early is for if they're NOT ready to see you earlier to fill out those forms! You're wasting everyone's time which is valuable to us!!

Always friendly and courteous usually fairly quick and it has a very relaxing atmosphere

Show up the 30 minutes before my appt as they request. I had to wait more than 45 minutes after my appt schedule to speak with someone to check why I had waiting too long in the lobby. Poor service. Last time I visited the braselton office was much better than gainesville office.
