I was treated with dignity and respect by all staff, nurses, and physicians when I was brought in by ambulance. They did tests to quickly identify the problem, then discharged me when I was stabilized. Although I did have to stay overnight, my room was well appointed and clean. I noticed that cross-contamination and identification precautions were taken very seriously. Yes, it is a smaller hospital, but they all seemed very caring. Thank you!!!

My friend had nose surgery last week and these nurses and surgeons were horrible!!! My friend lost a lot of blood from the surgery and while she was still under anesthesia the nurses dragged her out of her bed and told her that she wasn’t admitted into their hospital. These people are heartless and unsympathetic towards patients.

Honeslty i don't want to give this hospital 1 star. I went to this hospital simply because it was closer than the one in Gainesville, i have been to this one two other times before this. Both times i had bad experiences, i was in soo much pain that i knew i probably couldn't make it to Gainesville. I was in pain in my abdomen and lower back. I had a feeling it was probably a kidney stone. I got to the room, I'm not even sure which one of the staff was the nurse or doctor. There was two men who came in and a women. The first staff member came in asked me what was going on i told him, then the second guy came in and asked me the same question. They wanted a urine sample i gave it to them. It was an hour or so later when they finally gave me something for pain, before that the second guy who came in, came back in and asked me why i was crying which is obvious i was in pain. The first staff member kept telling me they were waiting on the urine test to come back, to see if i was pregnant i already knew i wasnt. I asked him what is taking so long its all you did is put the stick in the pee, it shouldn't take that long. He got an attitude with me. Moral of the story is i had a kidney stone, which is still bothering me. They gave a meds. That was on the 8th, it is now the 13th and i am in the same pain i was when i walked in their office. I don't recommend anyone doing to this hospital. This has always been a horrible and will always be one.

The most unprofessional and incompetent staff I have ever experienced in a hospital. Do not expect your questions to get answered. They spend more time arguing amongst each other than taking care of patients. Please do yourself or your loved one a favor and avoid this hospital. If you do come here be prepared for most of the staff to have attitudes. You are an inconvience to them.

I had an appointment for an 8:00am MRI. I showed up at 7:50. From checking in to the time I left at 9:05 everyone was very helpful and professional. An hour and 15 minutes to check in, perform an MRI on my back and leave was a pleasant surprise. Thank you.
