The Heart Center of Northeast Georgia Medical Center

Cant get anyone to answer in the Billing dept!!! I have tried for 2 days now. they will not return calls either. When I try to call the office of the Dr I saw, they only want to send me back to the Billing answering machine. Poor Poor service!! They need to get a better system....I just wanted to see if they received my check... Update: Sent a check for payment 3 weeks ago and just now got posted.. In the meantime, I got several notices of not paying...The check was there, just not posted on the Acct. They are so behind.... So If you mail a check, do not expect it to clear for a while!!!!

Dr. Alok Gambhir is the best of the best. After seeing another cardiologist that the Heart Center and not getting the care I felt and was later proved I should have, Dr. Gambhir stepped in and corrected all of my issues. He is a top notch, highly educated, doctor, and has the bed manners to go along with it. I would highly recommend Dr. Gambhir.

I can’t get past the recorded messages. I leave messages but get no callbacks. May be good doctors but if you can’t get an appointment they aren’t much good to anyone. Very frustrating.

Dr. Ahn and his staff are awesome! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Ahn is a great Electrophysiologist!

Love, love Dr.Hott. She got me where I should be physically. After spending 1 week in the hospital, I had so much fluid, they had to drain it off which helped with a great weight loss. I feel so much better. Also had a class concerning salt intake and how it works with my A-Fib. Thank you Dr. Hott and your colleagues who attended to me.
