I followed my Dr to this place and have had NOTHING but trouble since. The reviews on here are correct. Even though they got rid of the woman that was up front, they replaced her with a guy that has absolutely NO personality and is rude. I have never been in there that at least one person isn't very angry and loud. They never get the Rx called in correctly (if at all). My daughter is a pharmacy tech at an outside pharmacy and stated they get fussed out all of the time because prescriptions from there aren't called in. Referrals/disability claims/test results/billing/insurance claims/Rx....ALL of it has absolutely NO importance to them and is usually incorrect (with no rush on correcting it and bad attitudes to boot). I am currently waiting on very important, time sensitive paperwork to be filled out (that is only one page). I call every day and the last thing I was told was "I don't know when they will get to it...you'll just have to wait". Find ANY other doctor's office to go to...even the health dept wait would be better than this place. Even though I love my doctor, I am going to another place and can only hope and pray he will leave there too because he is miserable.

Took them 12 weeks to send my medical records, called them every 4 days from out of town. They never returned my phone calls. They never returned any phone calls from my other dr office. Dont go here

I have seen Dr. Blair for 3 years,I had not seen a doctor since my husband passed away dew to another doctor's laziness. It took my therapist 7 years to talk me into going to him. I felt safe right away and that he really listened to me. He was an amazing doctor that took time for his paitions. Then the C.E.O took it up on herself to be holler then I. Without cunsern for any of us she puch him out of the door. She only cares about money well I'm here to say she will not get another penny from me. We was never notified by her about this change. I went in that last day thinking I would see my doctor just to face so much confusion with nurse's fighting and speaking loud no one knowing what or where they was supposed to be. I broke down and just cried because all my fears came back. I would not take my dog to this place any more. If any of y'all are looking for a way to help get our D. Roger Blair back please go to this sight and make a coplaint against this place and Delaney Hunter. Thank you for not giving up on our doctor. God bless you all

I've been Dr Bradley's patient for many years. When he joined this practice, I followed him. I've never had any issues with the reception staff being rude. The nursing and lab staff are always professional and friendly. I've only seen Dr Bradley and can't say enough about what a great, caring physician he is. He offers practical 'home remedy' type advice and is not quick to write prescriptions. I never feel rushed during my appointments. His manner is very down to earth.

Had an appointment for 4pm. Came in about 10 minutes before and the place was practically dead. Still took almost 2 hours to see my doctor. Better off finding a random needle in their garbage and injecting whatever is left inside you.
