VERY mixed reviews. They card for my Father in his last couple years, and it is an odd mix of very caring, knowledgeable, very professional people with certifications - and other, not-so-caring, not-so-certified, and not very knowledgeable people. It was really hit-and-Miss (you catch the entendre?). At one point, they had Three Air filters they were charging us for, claiming it would boost the Oxygen level three times. Now, they don't boost the Oxygen leek At All without an Oxygen tank - and placing three in a row does nothing but run up the rental fees! Lots of Services were charged, but never delivered. Medications were only checked when a "proper" nurse would come and check-in, which was far too infrequent. Unfortunately, the lesser qualified people like to run off the better qualified people. Small town politics that need attention!
