My family and I were on a vacation when we had to visit the emergency room for my mother. EVERYONE at the hospital were so helpful and friendly. And the attention my mother received was GREAT!!!

Its a crying shame to take a child in there hurting and a type 1 diabetic at that leave her in the room for almost 3 hours before anyone steps foot in there!!!! I do understand that emergencies do come up but for 3 hours and not even 1 soul to step in and check in her!!!! Pretty dang pathetic!!!

The best labor and delivery nurses and doctors ,they is so nice I was scared and they made me feel like I didn't have nothing to worry bout also remind u it been 19 years snice I had a baby

I had a wonderful experience here with my surgery! The staff were all so helpful, caring, and friendly. And the quality of care was great. I had to travel there out of state and the woman in the admissions dept gave us recommendations on where to stay for the night and were even happy to print directions for us. On the day of surgery, the pre-op staff and post-op staff were great! The doctors were wonderful also. Surgery isn't a pleasant experience, but everyone at UMMC made it much better!
