Hp Home care has been a huge help with my father's recovery post a long hospital stay. First, the organisation were very professional and proactive - they were able to turnaround a carer schedule for my father over the weekend, which was fantastic. The carers are all very professional and helpful. Most importantly, they are actually caring and that was reflected in the time the spent with my father during his recovery. I would highly recommend the organisation and the care they provide.

HP homecare provided a fantastic level of care and commitment to my husband over the course of a long period of time. The carers were always kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable and their biggest priority was making sure that he was safe and well cared for. I had absolute trust in them and this allowed me to continue to do my job outside of the home. In later years, the level of care my husband needed increased dramatically as his condition worsened and this meant that he was largely bed-ridden and all his personal needs had to be attended to by someone else. Personal care was always delivered in a sensitive, caring and professional manner by a team of familiar, trusted carers who kept his spirits up through engaging in him conversation and showing him that they were interested in him as a person. Several medical crises arose over this time which necessitated ambulance call-outs and liaison with other medical professionals. HP dealt with all of this in a timely, professional manner. Michele was excellent at always being available to talk through concerns and to update care plans so that correct provision could be made for my husband. She was always supportive, knowledgeable and empathetic in providing a professional service that fully met my husbands needs and helped me through some difficult and emotional times. I would have no hesitation in recommending HP Home care.

The carers provided to look after my husband for the week after his discharge from hospital were unfailingly kind and competent. I would have no hesitation in recommending HP Homecare for anyone needing either short or long term care.

HP Homecare are without doubt the best care agency I have come across. They are professional, reliable, warm, caring and efficient, and that is just the office staff. The carers are patient, helpful also warm and caring and this is the only agency I would use and would recommend them anytime.

I first called HP Homecare in a crisis on Christmas Day 2011. Michele took the call and within 24 hours had visited and set up a care plan for my father. The ethos at HP is professional, caring and holistic. Michele looks not only at the patient needing care but at the whole family situation. She now knows us well; she always takes the time to tailor the service to any changing needs. She has visited at home and in hospital when necessary to ensure that any adjustment to the care package would be in place when needed. The carers are chosen to suit not only the care needs but the personalities involved and the individual situation of the patient. This is not a ‘tick-box’ process but a carefully designed, bespoke care package. Inevitably over the years there have been issues; these have always been addressed professionally with a good dose of commonsense and any problem has been quickly resolved. I am grateful to Michele and her team for all their care and support over the years. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

My mother fell into a coma in February 2017 and a decision was taken to treat my mother at home. An ICU was effectively set up at home within hours and Michele responded with a fantastic team of ICU qualified nurses within a very short time.Once my mother came out of the coma she required intensive nursing care 24/7. Michele's team of amazing nurses provided this and continue to do so. I really don't know what we would have done without this brilliant support. We are so grateful and I would not hesitate to recommend HP .
