Northridge Cinema 10

Unfortunately did not have the best experience here, our first visit. Purchased our 2 tickets and selected our reserved seats at 11:20 am online for the 1 pm show. We were unable to print our tickets prior to arrival as we are at a rental without a printer. Arrived 10 minutes prior to the show to absolute chaos in the lobby. The ticket booth was only accessible from inside and self serve only. Directional signage was limited, very small or on low stands that were hard to see in the crowd. The lines to both the ticket booth & concessions were 20 deep. Many were unfamiliar with how to use the self serve ticketing, holding up the line. We finally were able to print tickets & get into the full theater where previews were playing. We did not buy any concessions as the line was too long. Our seats were taken & the people in them refused to move. The theater employee finally stopped the previews, turned on the lights and attempted to seat those of us who had tickets as we were not the only ones. He finally blamed Fandango for overselling tickets. After reading reviews it seems this is a recurring problem. We were finally seated after people agreed to move over to allow us 2 seats. After the movie we attempted to use the bathrooms....nope...lines way too long. Never again!

Modern theatre on Hilton Head Island. Theatre has first run movies. There are 10 cinemas. All seats are assigned and have to be selected in advance. Seats are leather and have a button to recline the back and elevate feet to the perfect position far your comfort level. There are $6 matinees on Tuesdays. Theatre and bathrooms were clean. They also have a few games, popcorn and snacks. 5 stars.

Best thing about this theater is the very affordable Price for very comfortable leather recliners. They also now carry alcoholic beverages for those interested. They do need to clean the chairs more completely. I had popcorn scattered throughout my chairs for all 3 movies that we attended.

It was horriable! Now we have assigned seating ?? The atmosphere was impossible, the theater was filled with unsupervised kids, running in and out of their seats, High School girls whom did not shut up through the entire Movie! Stay home and Parents, take responsibility for you kid's, rude rude rude

This is a small multi complex theater with comfortable, reclining seats. Reservations suggested for popular shows on opening day.
