Regal Cinemas Charles Towne Square 18

I have been coming to this theater since it was built, and have never had an experience like the one a friend and I had tonight. Oh it was still the same clean, friendly place it had always been, the one star is due to the information at the box office. We wanted to see a particular movie, so I checked on Fandango. After all, their job is providing tickets, so it seemed they would know the times. According to them the movie started at 7:40. When we arrived we were informed it had started at 7:05. I told the attendant that we had just checked the times and it said 7:40, her explanation, the times change. We were able to see a different film that had not yet started but as we came out I thought I would get a picture of the times so I could refer to it the next day. I asked if those times would be accurate the next day and was told that they would not be, that the times changed every day. When I asked how people were to know when to come, all she would do was say the times changed every day and ask if I wanted to speak to her manager. Considering the hour and the information she had I doubted this would be useful. What kind of entertainment venue doesn't let potential customers know when shows start? Doesn't sound like much of a way to run, a business to me.

The employees we're great and very helpful. They assisted me by helping me use the Regal app 2 obtain a free ticket, drink and popcorn. The theater itself is a little old school no reclining seats. But it was clean. I'll definitely go again based on the service alone.

I will NEVER come here again! The people of North Charleston deserve better. The theatre was filthy. The counters we sticky, the floor was dirty, and they had a huge bag of old popcorn sittimg in the popcorn area. The person who served the food handed everyone else their food except my husband who questioned why it took so long to get our food. Regal should be concerned about their brand at this location.

There is lots of room. The picture and sound was great in theater 11. The seats could have been a little more comfortable, I'm sure for a shorter movie they would have been fine but in a longer picture many in my family were uncomfortable by the end of the movie.

Everytime I see a movie here the people in the audience are never quiet. Really sucks and takes away from the experience. Someone even answered a phone during the movie. Not the theater’s fault it’s just reality. I’d advise going somewhere else.
