Regal Cinemas Palmetto Grande 16

Good movie theater. They serve food, wine and beer. The equipment is new and well maintained. The seats are comfortable and spacious. The only complaint is how often the door is opened and closed during the show.

The facility is just not as nice as it once was. At first glance it still looks modern but if you look closer you see that it is actually run down and not being addressed. The theater seats are mostly broken down and the theaters themselves don't smell very pleasant. Too bad Regal doesn't reinvest money from the ever increasing ticket prices. Yes, as many comment it's employee base is comprised of teenagers, but isn't that typical? Service has always been good regardless.

Great service, good chairs. Not the best theater audio but that could be more the movie than the theater

First off: the employees are borderline racist. There was popcorn in my seat and a drink was spilled on it. I even heard employees snicker at my grandmas disability. They were disrespectful and very triggering. Do not come to this theater.

Just saw 3 billboards. Great movie but don't see it at this theater. Got to hear the explosions from The Commuter that was playing in the theater next to it throughout the entire movie. Told management about the experience and they said they would turn down the volume in the future but offered nothing to us, didn't even say sorry. Here's a tip for the theater. Don't put action movies next to dramas.
