Norwood Inn

I hadn't been to the Norwood for at least a decade. Stopped in recently and was delighted to see it hadn't changed much. A few updates in the furniture, a bit better lighting, but the essential nature of the place was the same. A solid neighborhood tavern that served a solid meal. The hot sausage sandwich was as good as I remembered and I remembered it being very good. I live too far away to become a regular, but damn I love this place.

My husbands favorite for YEARS is the Italian Hot Sausage. It’s still as good as it’s always been! I had the breaded tenderloin with sausage gravy, which came with toast, two eggs & hash browns. Delicious! Pro tip: Have Amanda pour you a shot of peanut butter whiskey. In the words of Angelica Schuyler, “I’m going to change your life.” Enjoy!

Just ordered. Said 45 minutes. Ordered 3 burger baskets. Got there early. They said no fries. We said 3 burger baskets. Lady was rude. But brought our food. Burgers were cold and hard. Fries were warm and fresh. Won't go there again. Only $25 but still a waste of money.

FYI- this might be the only place in the world where a chef salad consists of lettuce, eggs, tomatoes, banana peppers and onions and no meat.. Consider yourself warned. Price was great and now I see why.

great food best steal and eggs i have had, the steak is tender! tried out the breaded tenderloin tonight 11/19/22 it was great. the cheese balls were VERY cheesy

Damn fine Italian sausage sandwich! Comes with mustard, pickles, onion. Try it with marinara, cheese and pepper rings or jalapeños.

Bartender was super awesome and friendly. Hot italian sausage sandwiches were phenomenal.

Food was delicious as always. Service was good. Get there early before lunch, it fills up fast!

First time here. Food and service good. It's a little loud if you want to have a conversation, but we will return.
