The girls up front are more interested in gossiping than doing their jobs. When you do get their attention they ate rude and act like they're doing YOU a favor by doing their job! Go to the one on Menaul if you want a good experience

This place is BAD! We took my grandmas truck in for a wash and it was still dirty when it came out. She complained that the bumper was still dirty and another guy (assuming a manager, different uniform) came back and said "ok ma'am, I took care of it" we were alrrady in the yruck so we thanked him and left. When we got to our next destination we checked out the car. It was covered in mud, there was a ton of pine needles in the bed, and the windshield still had splashes and smudges of bird poop. The insides of the doors were still dry and dirty. I saw one car come out of the detail service in similar condition and the man in front of us, the entire space where the hatch to the cargo area on his SUV were soaking wet. He complained also. I posted pictures of our white truck as proof

If all you need is a lick n a promise, this is the place to go. My windows were still dirty, as were the cupholders, and the trash basket not emptied. Did a lousy job on the interior; a fairly good job on the exterior.

I have been a loyal Octopus user for some years now, lately the $20 wash has left me questioning my choice. Dash still dusty, carpet still dirty, streaks on window. If they dont step it up im gonna make a change.
