Busy Bee Car Wash

I've been to this car wash a total of four times. Until today, I felt the service was adequate, I have yet to find any place in town that will actually get the bugs off the front bumper. However today, they EARNED zero stars. They open at 9:00 a.m. I pulled up at 9:05 (the wash bay was open, by all appearances they are OPEN). I pull in and get out of my vehicle, two gentlemen (insert sarcasm in the use of that word). They look at me as if I'm a freaking alien, then proceed to throw two large white half barrel things toward my car. Then one of them yells at "We're not open"... ok then, I ask "well, when do you open?", dude says "I don't know come back in 9 or 10 minutes". Really?!?! I realize my few car washes a year will not make or break this business but I will not go back to a place that does not care if I'm a customer or not. I totally understand this is a mom and pop place, things happen just be polite. Explain to me POLITELY what the issue is, would have gotten a coffee (Pinion Coffee is across the street) and come back, but no way...never again.

The staff were exceptional in their professionalism. I was treated with respect, kindness and concern for my likes/dislikes. They very good job. Definitely will go back when on that side of town.

Showed up for a car wash, was told all they could offer was a $25 hand wash. I left, felt like they were trying to rip me up off. Do not recommend. Sketchy. Crooks.

Best place by far in town to get a car wash. Simple family owned so sometimes the lady at the counter is working outside, but they are fast cheap and efficient. I pulled in got the $10 service walked next door for tacos came back and the car is spotless.

Went there this past week. Only 2 people working. The vacuuming was far from decent. The brush to clean the driver's side inside the car wash itself never even moved to wash my car, I know I stood infront to watch it come through. The front of the car was still dirty after it came out. The blowers barely blow off any water. The woman dried our car using the same towels to clean the inside of our windows!!! This is a brand new car, now I can't see out my windows due to a greasy film I'm trying to get off the inside of my windows! When I got in our car the door jamb was still wet and muddy. I drove off, parked in a parking lot and dried off our car. Will NEVER waste my money going there and do NOT recommend anyone going there. They need to fix their equipment, and use SEPARATE towels for the interior which isn't rocket science to figure out. Gave the 1 Star because there isn't an option for zero stars. Worst I've ever experienced, they used to be great that's why I went there and now I have no clue how to clean my interior greasy windows! Yes I'm pissed. $10.75 for ruining my interior windows, wet car, dirty front, still dirty rims, half assed vacuum, and it now smells like dirty water!!! It's BRAND NEW!! They don't give you a receipt, so can't prove when I went or that I went because I paid cash.
