Mister Car Wash

People were friendly. My truck was really muddy but for a small additional fee they graciously took care of my muddy mess. Was able to stay in my vehicle during the wash. Was happy with the variety of wash packages available. Will definitely return in the future.

Best car wash ever. Nothing more to it than that. Actually there is much more, that’s why it’s the best. The staff work really hard. Service is quick and they clearly care that your car leaves looking sharp. Thanks Mister!

This place is a joke. I had a coupon I bought. $12 the guy taking the coupon offered me to up grade I would only pay $8. I said no thank you. He walked off with no instructions as to if I needed to stay with my vehicle or leave it. When I asked him he would even look at me He mumbled something to me. Really you work at car wash and you are going to snub me. Even after my $12 wash my car still was dirty. What a half ass job. They don't deserve any stars.

I paid for the Full Service Platinum deal. After leaving I noticed that my passenger door, review mirror, and parts of my dashboard hadn’t been cleaned. I brought my car back and explained the issues to an irritated employee who said “Wow, we really did miss a lot” and sent us inside. When our car was done being rewashed, and towel dried we got to our car to find the front of the passenger side mirror hanging off (the back of the mirror had previously been broken, but securely reattached by bolts). We also noticed a perfect circular scratch on the passenger side door and along the side of the car. A nice gentleman offered his assistance and worked really hard to buff the scratches out while we waited for the manager. When the manager came he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me that this didn’t happen at this car wash, and wouldn’t give me a refund. The attitude problem that radiates from the manager, combined with his lack of customer service makes it very clear that he should not be working with the public. This car wash has gone downhill since turning into Mister. DO NOT use this car wash if you don’t want your vehicle scratched or damaged.

They do an okay job, but it's not worth the high prices. And no matter what service you purchase, they will aggressively try to upsell you. On my last visit, I had to say four time that I only wanted the basic wash. It will be my last visit. If my $8 isn't good enough for them, there are other places that will happily take it.
