Mister Car Wash

We bought an unlimited pass and are very happy with it. Express lane for exterior wash is awesome, you get to stay in your car, and they dry for you. Quick and easy. We've had mixed results on interior cleaning, thus the 3 stars. They normally do a great job vacuuming though, even with dog hair. We only had to ask once for a better run on the vacuum. It's the interior wiping that has mixed results. Depends on whether teens or adults are working that line. That's why we went with the unlimited pass, to really get our money's worth! If they have lackluster performance one day, we just bring it by the next day. Good hours, too. Open Sundays!

The car wash does a good job on the exterior of the car, but don't waste your money paying to get your interior done. I took my car last weekend and paid to have the interior done and I could tell they didn't vacuum and didn't take the time to wipe down my dash or console. Even though the interior job was not done to my satisfaction, I did like the exterior of my car through the machine wash. My car looked shiny and the wheel wells were thoroughly clean.

I have the unlimited wash and there are always water spots left behind. It's quick, easy, inexpensive, and a lot of good things. I wish they could clean up the rinse water so it doesn't spot as badly.

I took my car there on Friday morning before the rush started and paid for the unlimited car wash. I had to take it back a second time because it wasn’t vacuumed in my backseat or wiped down. When I got home I noticed that all my CHANGE WAS GONE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PENNIES. I called to let them know and they said I needed to speak to the manager as I was explaining to the manager he immediately told me that they have cameras and that they take that very seriously but insisted that they could have vacuumed it up!??? I said either was it should have been brought to my attention. He didn’t bother asking for my name or my information all he said was he’d look at the cameras??? Pretty shocking and disappointing. You think I would have gotten an apology?. I cannot believe that you would have to go as far as pretty much CLEANING OUT YOUR CAR SO THAT NOTHING GETS TAKEN!!!! Also I paid over 30$ and I am still not sure why because it definitely wasn’t worth it !

Not as thorough as I would have liked. I paid for an exterior wash, which they did a decent job on and for an interior vacuum which they failed to deliver. It was evident they didn’t care to move the mats and vacuum underneath. Very disappointed in the effort put into their service today considering the price I paid. In the future, I will continue to maintain the cleanliness of my car on my own.
