Mister Car Wash

I had my truck washed there and i get it back with the seat soaked. So i ask the attendant handing it over what happened. He said he didn't know. I said "its all wet". So he looks and said yeah it is. I was like well, can you fix it? He shrugged his shoulders and i asked for the manager. Manager looks at it and said he can offer me a plastic seat cover and that i must of left the widow open. (Even if i did leave the window open, isn't it your guys job to check???). I was like can you fix it? He said no, they didn't have extractors and proceeded to walk away. I was like can i at least get a free wash since you guys messed up? So he is like oh, yeah. I can do that. Then they make fun of me as i leave. Terrible service. Terrible cleaning. Terrible job in general. I never complain, or ask for a manager. This was a terrible experiance.

Just had our truck washed at Mister Car Wash on Coors Blvd. Normal daily driving dirt. They had to run it through twice to get it clean. Nice gesture. The second time it came out, the back wheel well guard was pulled off and a 6-8 inch dent was in the side of the truck! The manager came out and said it was a pre existing condition so they couldn’t be responsible! Unbelievable!!! Not only are there car washes mediocre at best, now I have an expense to repair because they won’t take responsibility! Never again!

Highly recommend this place ,I would suggest getting a premium car wash payment plan .I always get compliments on my Camaro looking so good.

You pay for what you get. You want a $10 wash you’ll get just that. If you love your truck like I love mine and get the best $40+ package you won’t be disappointed!!! Worth every penny!! Car Spa Who???? LOL
