Quality Car Wash & Detail Center

It's a good car wash just to spruce up your car a bit. The wash itself is fun and colorful soap. But I would recommend not to use the tire shine it does not work at all. I do like the fact you can use the vacuums as long as you need to for your car no additional charge. I would have given this a five-star but the tire shine did not work for the price I had paid and it got all along the side of my car but other than that it's a good car wash

I'm only rating this company at an one, because zero is not available. I paid for an ultimate wash but had to remind the workers to wipe down the interior, vacuum the inside and clean the car mats. I wanted my $10 tip back! I told him I wasn't coming back, at which point he wrote on my receipt a free comparable wash - I'm not sure if I'll take him up on it though. I'm sure they didn't put the protective wax on if they didn't remember to wipe down the inside, even though I paid an extra dollar for it. I recommend that you don't patronize this business. Poor quality of work and NO attention to detail!

Well for starters, interior wasn't vacuumed correctly, so when I pointed it out, one individual said we don't do the back unless you open the back for us to do. I said OK cool, didn't realize that, but look at the back seats. Those are not vacuumed well either. Well, if we uae the air blower, it just lifts up more dirt, so it won't be vacuumed perfect. I said ok, that would be helpful if someone would have informed me of that before I paid 25 bucks for a car wash. He says, next time you can pay 99 for a mini detail. Ok, I let that go, but when they brought it back up, I was walking over with my 9 year old grand daughter, he sees me (we made eye contact) through the car, and says loudly, "...work all F***ing day, and to have redo a F***ing car...". At that point I told him to watch his mouth as there are children around. He says,"I didn't see you" and I said, " yeah you did, we looked at each other in the eyes!". I then told him to get out of my vehicle so I can leave, then he starts yelling, cussing, and threatening me in front of other employees and my grand daughter. I told him, "you'd better back up!". We we're moments away from an altercation. One other lady came to me and apologized for him. At least SHE had some sense. Unbelievable, that this place would allow this type of employee to work here.

The employees I encountered were nice enough but the wash itself is bad. This is the second time I've come here, mostly because there don't seem to be many full service car washes in the area. They don't seem to have enough staff working on a Saturday. I paid for a service that included tires and wiping down the inside. The tires are still filthy, there is still a layer of dust covering my dash, and fingerprints left on the windows. I will not be going back. A waste of time and money.

1.13.2018. Short staffed today. Two finishers. One extremely fast and the other slow as molasses. Worst job ever experienced there.
