Octopus Express Carwash

Had to go home and finish wiping my truck clean as the stuff they use to shine the tires had been thrown all over the sure of my truck. The time before this one I spent 20 minutes readjusting my mirrors because the employees used way to much force when trying to wipe them dry.

Paid for the unlimited wash and they aren't open after work for me to use it. What a waste. When I did make their bankers hours for the wash, I had to go thru twice because it wasn't clean the first time.

Just went here for the 1st time since it changed from octopus. It is so ridiculous they move the vacuums to the other side of the property and they don't even work well enough; no suction to even pick up dirt! what a waste of time.

I have gone to octopus since it opened up and always loved it. Since Mister took over, the prices are higher, they fired half of the employees, stopped doing detailing and the employees they have just don't seem to care. I asked for no tire shine, and got "tire shine" sprayed all over the side if my truck by the machine. With the higher prices, they stopped giving out trash bags and air fresheners. The guy pre-rinsing vehicles merely gets them wet. Didn't rinse anything off, which helps induce dirt into the wash to scratch all of the cars. They removed the majority of the vacuums, so finding one when busy is very difficult. I think Mister really Missed the mark.

For the price you pay for these washes you’d expect decent results!! Plenty of water run spots from areas not wiped down good enough, tire shine is TRASH!!! Definitely will not be returning to the 20th location
