I used to use their printing services all the time and they were great. Apparently store managers, layout and employees have changes. Had a horrible experience trying to order business cards. The employees there are working on a customer extermination program. Would not respond to my order requests. I had to keep calling them. I had a very unfriendly person talk down to meet and keep telling me to hold on because she had other customers. And when she did talk to me she kept saying, oh no one got back to you again. I lost 4 days just wanting to get some business cards done that I desperately needed. The same girl and I had conversations and she knew I had only spoken to her. And she said, "oh did "they" tell you if you want the back done, we have to send it out and that will take at least 5 days". I was so disappointed in the way I had been spoken to by this young lady, I didn't care for her lack of helpfulness and unfriendliness. I told her she knew I had only spoken to her from our conversation and I asked her who "they" would be since she knew no one had gotten back to me. And I can't believe I had to keep contacting them, or they never would have contacted me I'm afraid. Looks like they are too busy, too uncaring, too unhelpful. Good luck with that. I told her I was unhappy and she said do you want me to place the order or not. I told her not. I'm gone. Used to be a good store. Good luck to you all. I can see another store going bye bye in Bel Air with this type of service.

Ame from the print© center is so professional. I walked in with almost 15 packages need tok be shipped and she was so helpful, professional, and patience with me. She handled my shipment professionally while helping other customers too. She is an asset for this branch, and she is one of the main reasons I would come back again .

Like any printing place, do not expect to get things done instantly. For the love of all things especially if you’re an art major or professional and you have deadlines, come in to any printing place with a pocket of time. That being said, the people at the printing area work very hard because I often see them scrambling to get multiple things done at once. Compared to all the other printing places like Staples that I’ve been to, you never have to wait anywhere as long. The staff are nice, they work hard, and they’re nice to talk to. The prices? Outstanding, and their printers are very very wonderful. Staples has a printer that’s SLIGHTLY better for color works, but you have to really squint to notice the difference and Office Depot makes up for that well over with speed, reliability, and price. I have spent my time there every thursday afternoon before class this semester and I love office depots printing department.

Ordered a desk and hutch. The scheduled delivery was between 8-2 on a Friday. When it was 3pm and no one arrived, a call to customer service resulted in "let's assume they're running late." After refusing to take the representative's advice to "assume," I asked that they track it down. We had already taken a day off of work and wanted to ensure it's arrival. I was told they didn't know where it was, but maybe Monday we could get to the bottom of what happened. I could not wait until Monday as neither myself or my boyfriend could take another day off. The call ended with "someone will call you first thing in the morning tomorrow," while promising a Saturday delivery. The driver called at 7:55pm that night. Fortunately, we were home and able to accept the delivery. The desk and hutch were delivered by one man. After being drug up the front lawn (leaving dragging marks in the grass), it was placed directly inside the door. We were then informed "I don't move it. I just deliver it." One of the boxes had full boot prints showing that it had obviously been walked on. We were then given the slip to sign stating that the items were delivered in good condition. We were hesitant to sign given everything was still in boxes and we were unable to inspect whether or not the boot prints meant there was damage to our purchased item. We signed after noting on the document that it had not been inspected. The assembly was scheduled for the following Friday. Given the issues with the delivery, I took it upon myself to call to confirm the assembly, as we had taken another day off of work. I was told "there was a glitch in the system so as of now you do not have anything scheduled." After making it clear that we needed to keep this date because of work purposes, they were able to fix the "glitch." We were given an arrival time of the assembler of between 8-12. At 11am, we received a call saying "I should be there between 5:30/6pm. Again, another wasted day taken off of work. While the assembler certainly did his part by calling and updating us on his situation, he was not able to arrive until 8pm. Therefore instead of him arriving between 8-12 as promised, he was in our household from 8pm-11:30pm. I was truly disheartened by this whole situation. Even as I type this, I had contacted the corporate office to inform them of our experience hoping that they would want to put things in place to make sure another one of their customers have to deal with this hassle. I called on Thursday and was told that someone would contact me in 24hours. It is now Monday and there has been no contact. Office Depot offered a great product, but the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Went there to get a picture copied (8 of them) and I was able to get other products for other business needs at the same time. The employee who worked with me was awesome. I am very happy with the price I paid for everything I purchased.
