Office Depot

The store staff is relatively nice and helpful. But I ordered a desk for delivery at this store because it was too big to fit in my car. But they put the wrong address so they gave it to whoever they sent to. Since we didn’t get it on the day it was supposed to be delivered, my husband called this office depot and they said they gonna have to figure it out and call us back in4hours. Nobody called back. So we called the customer service they said the same thing, that they gonna call us back. A half day later, customer service representative from India called us and said “we have to figure out what is going on”. They didnt figure anything out the whole time. We ordered this desk about two weeks ago and yet we haven’t got the desk. Idk who they hired for delivery people, but it’s just not professional how they deal with issues.

This was the second or third time I asked a store employee about something I was looking for, and when they asked the manager, she was very rude and short with her response. It seemed as though she was bothered by having to stop socializing with someone who was not purchasing anything each time to help a customer with a question... She bluntly and rudely stated that Home Depot sells what I was looking for... A.C. Moore, a much better "craft store" had the item, as expected...

Very nice location. I go here often and it always has a great variety of items for my needs. The staff is always friendly, the location is always clean and the shelves are always faced.

My wife saw the sail add and figured we would get a head start on back to school shopping. Many of the items in the add we purchased did not ring up for the sales price (we bought a bunch of small stuff). The cashier said evwryrhing was $40. After we had him adjust the prices to match the sale add and the posted price it ended up going down to $25. That is a $15 or a 37.5% over charge. I wonder how many people they screw over.
