They usually have what's needed, but their bookbinding machine is broken for a second time in a few weeks.

Returned a chair i purchased online (not comfortable for someone who sits 9-10 hours a day) in store and only had my order summary, no packing slip. Exchanged the chair with ease! Mike was very helpful!!!

years a weekly customer in the printing section. I heavily rely on them for my business because it has been quick and convenient. The new self-print machines do not work. It is not operator error; they don't print. For the staff to print one thing for me yesterday was 2 hours and today, who knows? The former staff would have apologized and done it in 15 seconds. Fix your stuff/staff.
