The store is clean, neat and orderly. However, the Printing Center has a lot of catching up to do when it comes to efficiency and follow through. This is no fault of the short staff, their production turn around could be greatly improved. With the two to three people turn over in shifts that could only be established by providing each employee with a third arm (which we know is impossible). The staff customer service has greatly improved over time, however, more training in technology would greatly improve the process and boost the morale of the staff in the Print Center. The only other thing I highly suggest is eliminating the clutter in their work area and create order. Maybe the Stapler website could provide a link to let the customer know the status of their job (large or small).

This is one of the best stationary stores I have been too. There prices are a bit on the high end. They virtually have everything you will even need from a stationary store. The customer service is the best. And the parking lot is almost free most of the time so you might not miss a spot. I would definitely come back here to shop next time.

They really need to do better in the print center. The printers hardly ever work. The touch screens on the printers are nasty and filthy. Trash on the counter and floor. Customer service is non-existent. Either they need more workers or try to do better with what they have.

I have never had to wait “come back tomorrow” or return to the store for a 5 minute service. Just wanted some papers bound with coil...services requires punching the paper and and adding a coil. Its so simple i could do it myself. 3rd time i have had to leave the store because they didnt have “time to do it in store while i was there”

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are wonderful for children. The dental service was excellent.
