5 stars really. Online pick up is not actually where the sign is posted so you waste time in the wrong line. Would've been nice to get help loading a case of paper into my cart.

Everyone I dealt with was kind from the person on the floor to the cashier and was greeted well when I walked into the store.very clean and neat. I'll shop there again for sure!

I haven't been to a lot of Office Depots. This one in particular seems run down. I don't know how to describe it, it's just a Vibe I get. It seems like nobody likes working there and has been of a sad attitude.  Store layout is not logical. I always have to ask where to find things.

The service is way too slow because there's barely any support for the cashiers. To top it off, their machine for printing business cards is down and we didn't receive any notifications or any type of details. I tried calling yesterday and nobody would pick up.
