Wish I could make this NO STAR!! but it would not allow me to post without clicking a star! We had one of the largest accounts in the local Columbia area (or so we were told). We did purchase approximately $1,000 dollars of product a week. However, deliveries showed up in partial completion, wrong items and broken at times. The sales reps were great at giving dishonest responses and promising improvement that never occurred.

I would recommend anyone that uses this company to price compare with other office supply stores. They were charging us $119.35 for banker boxes when we could get the same thing from Amazon for $41.99, Staples for $43.39, and Office Depot for $51.99. When we approached them about the difference they cut their price to $41.99 without even thinking twice about it. But my question is, shouldn't they just offer a competitive price to their loyal customers that order weekly if not more? They want us to do the price compare and give us special item numbers to use so that they can still charge their other customers the outrageous prices.
