Staples

Tavonna was very helpful with helping my wife print off some documents. Very pleased with the service there. But the place could use some cleaning. Other than that it was fine.

It's a typical Staples. No different from any of the other Staples. The employees are courteous and helpful. There is plenty of free parking out front. I brought them a print job the other day. When I got home, I found that the print job was pixellated. They should have noticed that and fixed it before I came to pick it up, but in their defense, when I came back, a different employee was on duty at the print desk. She checked the file and saw that the pixelation was not caused by the file so she printed it out on a different printer, and it came out perfectly.

8:20am and store not opened. Scheduled to open at 8am. Employees lined up waiting to go to work. They have no idea what’s happening. Things happen but address properly.

Most employees seem helpful. When they were out of my toner I had one employee basically call me stupid because I didn't know "this one" was the high yield version of mine. I was dumb and followed his advice. I did more research and, before I opened it, figured out that he didn't know what he was talking about. Brought it back for a refund but not before being inconvenienced and STILL not being able to print or copy at my office.

Not enough staff to help customers Many broken machines Lines are too long.
