The people were helpful and friendly; the person who dried out my phone was especially fantastic, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The store has plenty of parking and was not too crowded when I was there. My phone is now working fine after an accidental dip into the pool, which I'm very grateful for. Would definitely recommend this service and the store in general.

Great selection; good customer service! I received EXCELLENT, ATTENTIVE service from the Tech Dept., specifically. My laptop crashed before the holidays. Led by David, the Tech dept. Manager along with Jared and one other tech (so sorry to forget his name!), I was given EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They tried everything to save my old laptop and helped me to make an informed decision on the purchase of a new one. I get the importance of having additional maintenance/ repair coverage and I know so much more about PC specs and performance now. Thank you, Staples - Snowden River Pkwy!

This has been my go to office supply place for over a decade. Would have easily given 5 stars 3 years ago. I have only been by sporadically in past few years and mostly to copy/ print area. The service is not what it used to be. The employees are not customer oriented and are not knowledgeable like they used to be. I used to get so many print jobs for my business here and was used to excellent service. Now it is average at best. Their photo printing service is way below Walmart....that is so unfortunate. Staples needs to train young employees on value of delighting customers, service with a smile, going the extra mile for customer satisfaction. In my recent experience at this location those attributes are sorely lacking.
