The people who work at UPS in Odenton have always been very professional and friendly. They all know what they're doing and just get the job done quickly. Customer service is definitely a part of this business.

The people at this UPS store are so friendly!!! They always greet you, lead you in the right direction and you are out the door in a jiffy. I go here to print, fax and mailings. I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s the reason why I always prefer to come here as apposed to other neighboring business. I was the last person before closing one day and I didn’t feel like waiting for the fax confirmation and hold them back from closing so I asked if I could get it emailed the next day and they did. They even have free pens with their store information for their customers. When you have customer service like these people you always want to go back! 😊😊

Great service. I had a massive amount of documents that I needed to have scanned - full of odd sized pages, staples, etc. It was a mess. Pam was so helpful in taking care of it. It cost less than I thought it would, and she finished the job early. I'll definitely be back!
