I ordered some custom postcards for a book reading. They were made perfectly and on time. The finish was excellent. The colors were true to the original. I picked them up at the store (did not want them shipped). If I need more stuff printed, I will definitely try them again.

Employee conversations are more important than serving your customer. Lady at the printing station just kept carrying on a conversation with an employee. Could have been in and out of there with quick service, but instead it took longer.

Went to ship two small packages via UPS, for one package their system only gave the option to ship express for twice the price of the contents of the package...no ground shipping options. They couldn't figure out the problem and I had to make an additional trip to the Post Office.

Very poor selection of laser jet printers unless you want to pay over $400.
