The last of the office supply stores, there used to be 4 on the pike this one seemed to make it on gusto and location. Good selection nothing out of the ordinary here. The checkout lanes are a bit strange but maybe its a new method?

Bad customer service! In particularly their assistant shop manager, a rude man named Michael Torrance. I made an order and received the ready-to-pick-up email in the morning and then went to the shop during late afternoon before they closed. They found that actually they made a mistake because parts of the order were actually out of stock. Rather than fulfilled part of available once, they then canceled the whole order "in frontal of me" with their shop iPad; and the "rude" Michael told me the order cannot be fulfilled and asked me to leave.He refused to answer my questions and asked me to call their website customer service number for any order issue. He even threated me to call security if I didn't leave the shop. to Very rude and unrespectful! In addition, he refused to provide his employer ID or last name, although the shop has business cards that you can find his name on it. Never visit this shop anymore!

Excellent- I love the print by email feature at Staples and the clerk helped me to get my documents printed the fastest through print by email instead of using Google Drive. I got my print outs off my phone into paper in 5 minutes flat.

The staff tries their best. Usually shelves are stocked. My only criticism is that the clearance prices are typically misleading and rarely are bargain prices.

This was the worst service I've received in this industry, and the bar is already low. Yelling at customers and telling them they are stupid is not a good business decision, and that was my experience from the copy department manager. I will make sure I and my company does not do business with this branch ever again.
