Completely unexpected. Went in to get some photos printed and had a wonderful discussion as we went through my photos, cropping and editing. The owner is also clearly very knowledgeable about shipping protocols and prices.

The owner Debbie is the greatest, I was having a birthday party for my husband and not only did Debbie give me ideas she took my pictures and did her magic. The pictures boards Debbie created were beautiful and I only gave her 3 weeks to do it and not only that I would keep bringing in pictures to add. I know I drove her crazy but she never told me --no more, she never got mad, nothing. She smiled and said she can do it. And SHE DID!!!! She always has my supplies in stock and if not she will order what I need which then she will tell you up front how many days until the product will arrive. Usually only one ( but it depends on the item and when you place the order). Like I said before DEBBIE is greatest, & truthful, she listens she will help anyone and everyone and she donates her time and help towards animals. I don't know what I would do if Deb ( Debbie) wasn't around. She a wonderful friend 😄👍

I have been shopping with Debbie at Grauels for years for both personal and business matters. She is always chipper and happy to help out where she can. Her prices are much more reasonable than those big box stores, even for custom projects! She even supports community organizations and does fun calendars each year with local canines. All around a great place to do business!

I work from home and Gruael's is nearby. Debbie is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and always has what I need. Great business!
