Oklahoma City Police Department: Santa Fe Division

Charging the officer who shot a suicidal person, but then deciding not to charge the officer that murdered a deaf man is hypocritical, immoral and irresponsible. Any public servant that murders a civilian should be put in front of a jury just like any other American would a costume and badge does not put any human above the law nor does the costume and badge grant special privileges to person wearing the costume. This is why law enforcement across the great nation of America are losing respect, law enforcement is employed to protect and serve, not kidnap and murder.

I am very appreciative for the help I received today . I went into the station to file a report regarding a case of possible fraud. An officer came out to the lobby, sat down and I went over all the details with him . He was very polite, professional and patiently listened to everything I had to say . He then asked me to wait while he made some calls on my behalf and within 20 minutes resolved the issue for me . I was not asking for or exspecting the results I got but I am so happy that he took the time to hear me out , look over my documentation and then went the extra mile to see that the situation was resolved . People dont give the police near enough, if any credit for putting thier lives on line or even for just being average but extraordinary hard working people but they are and I appreciate them for the impossible job that they do . People of OKLAHOMA...Be advised that until the UN peace FUL Officer James Herlihy is arrested and charged with kidnapping, making false police reports and in general being a lying, gun toting, badge wielding threat to innocent people, I will be directing ALL my business in that part of the west to Kansas. Get rid of him people OR suffer UNDER him.
