Del City Police Department

y'all really need to look into the lady that was working the desk today around this time. 4/27/2018 12:30~ish the one with shoulder length dirty blonde hair. One of the craziest situations I've ever been in. One of my break lights went out and I got a ticket (completely reasonable) on wens. The officer was nice and informative, said I could get it fixed by friday and wouldn't have to pay. So on my day off I get it fixed and go up there (today). The officer put the wrong date. I do think if your job is giving time sensative tickets you should be extra focused on getting the date right, but we all make mistakes. I go through the motions and then one of the ladies asks how I'd like to pay. I inform her that the officer told me I have till friday. Her friend chimes in and is just unbelievably rude. If I was as rude as her at my work my ass would get fired in a matter of seconds. The other lady fell quiet (which I can't fault her, I would of done the same). I try to explain my situation to the women yelling at me and she goes "I don't care". i finally ask her to check what date it was put in the computer or contact the officer. The nice women does this while the rude one continues to tell me she doesn't care and that I need to pay. The officer confirms that he put the wrong date. The rude lady reluctantly lets me sign off and leave all the while telling me I'm immature and should feel ashamed (literally for just telling her "there has to be a mistake" and trying to explain my class schedule and show pictures to prove the date). Completely crazy, the lady really need to learn customer service skills. I'm still just super shocked, someone needs to really evalute her. Everyone else was fine, mistakes happen and stuff goes wrong. But yelling at someone and calling them immature because your department made a mistake is utterly obserd. There is no reasonable reason to be so unnecissarily mean. I sure as heck aren't ever dealing with this department again. It appears a lot of other people have had issues with her too.

Just wanted to share about how the Del city police dept DO NOT care on how they talk to there citizens ... We called the police out to get a handle on our daughter who we take care of who is handicap and was pushing her mother around at home and a officer Taylor came out and did nothing about it but tell my daughter that if she was his daughter he would kick her ass out of the home ... I told him that our daughter was disabled and he did not care ... So we told him to leave twice and on the third time he finally left ... What is going on hear in Del City ??? A officer should not talk that way to anyone ... They are there to help NOT to make things worse ...

Guy that deals with returning property sucks! Called them 3 times and never get a call back. Worse police station I ever had to deal with. Unwilling to help you and don't care about anything.

Police departments are pretty much the same wherever you go, a lot depends on how the chief views things. He sets the tone for the rest of the department. The Del City police have always been professional and courteous and have always treated me with respect, on the few occasions I came across them.

I seen a video of Oklahoma police shot a man 20 feet away, One cop tazered , one shot twice what reason I mean really !!!!
