Fair warning - gray unmarked taurus police officer, has been noticed only pulling over whites. Did double back as soon he noticed individual was of color broke off pursuit.

I CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE OVER A DISPUTE ON 9/24/16 & OFFICER HATCHER WAS THE OFFICER WHO SHOWED UP & THIS MAN TALKED TO ME LIKE A DOG WHEN I WAS THE VICTIM. TOLD ME HE KNEW MY KIND & I WAS JUST WASTING HIS TIME & EVEN LIED IN HIS REPORT SAYING I SAID SOMETHING I DID NOT SAY. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE CRAP HE WAS SAYING TO ME. I STOOD THERE STUNNED IN DISBELIEF. IT'S OFFICERS LIKE HATCHER IS THE REASON WHY PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF WHO LOOKS DOWN ON POLICE OFFICERS & HAVE NO FAITH IN OUR LEFLORE SYSTEM. THIS WAS MY FINAL STRAW WITH MY DEALINGS WITH OKCPD. I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THESE OFFICERS ARE ALLOWED TO TREAT PEOPLE BADLY & CAN GET AWAY WITH IT & THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT! OKCPD ONCE AGAIN IS NOT HERE TO PROTECT & SERVE!!

We'll on or about 3-4 weeks ago I called 911, approximately around 10-11am due to my 7yr old son's behavior issues. Officer Cory Nooner was the officer who took the call. When he arrived we were to pieces. I'll explain a very short detail about the heart to heart parent to parent conversation. He didn't only help me with information, he helped me understand I wasn't alone that including him self a Okc.police officer who drive's the beat of these city streets putting his life on the line fir all us stranger's & with his head held hide and his super hero image on(so my kids say.) protecting, helping in the community, enforcing the law, making new friends, and helping parents like my family and I. who have been so lost, scared, trapped & felt so alone. Came to us as strangers listened, understood, cared, and helped it was then we realized how many time's he as well as other officer run to are aid! I my self have never stopped to realize that they may be going through stuff as well. With that being said he was able to understand, care and help even though he has his own tough challenge's that he is facing as well as serving his country, and still carries on having time to talk to us personally on are cell phone's and we can call him any time we may have a questiin ,or just need someone ri talk to. He has sat and cried with me twice,gave me good resources,to help with my son. My son can call and talk to officer Nooner if he needs to. We didn't only get help from the Oklahoma city police departments(located on s.Portland s.w. 58 th) We made a good friend! Who care's and understand!!! MY FAMILY WANTS TO THANK THE OKC POLICE DEPARTMENT ONCE AGAIN FOR THERE 100%SUPPORT YOU GUYS ARE AWSOME!!! OFFICER NOONER DESERVES A BIG REWARD IN RETURN FOR BEING AN OUTSTANDING CITIZEN, POLICE OFFICER, FATHER,HUSBAND. A BIG HUG TO U offic NOONER FROM THE HELLWIG, MATTINGLY FAMILY. Gage is well worth it when he walk's down in cap and gown I would like for you to be the one handing him his H.S.Diploma along with his asst.principal, principal, teacher and staff. This is ava dillman,retired trucker of 40yrs. Okla has the best state troopers in the u.s. Few new guns with an attitude not included:( Just change of times..Re: THEATER SAFETY, Could this please be brought to the attention of our Chief of police and governor. "Metal detectors required at all theaters for safety. A reply would be nice to let me know someone received this message. Thank You.
