Oklahoma Style Bar-B-Q

I recently visited this place; I had high expectations from a prior visit some 10 years ago. Any way we ordered 1 lb of spareribs; potato salad; bbq beans; and cobbler. Let's just say that, the only reason that they are getting a star are the sides. The main attraction (ribs), gets a big fat ZERO. The ribs we received were old, dry, and lacked seasoning. The tasted like they had been cooked at least 3 days prior. I was so disappointed having travel 1800 miles, and holding out for Oklahoma Style BBQ.

We eat here quite often. The barbecue is very tender and and done right every time. The staff is very nice and always gets the order right. I like to mix the mild with the hot barbecue sauce and that seems just right to me. Excellent potato salad. Never a long wait. We order from the To-Go menu quite often to enjoy on TV night and it's kind of become a family tradition. Highly recommend the food and the people at this restaurant.

OMG.!!! This is our favorite barbecue place in all of Tulsa. Soft cooked so tender that the meat practically jumps into your mouth. Bologna ,briskit and sides all good. Very clean place and the staff is very nice.

Family and I traveled out to Oklahoma for a friend's wedding and were in drooling search for some good ears nearby. This restaurant came up on the search and we hunted it down. Gotta say, the food and the people serving were excellent; all left thoroughly satsified. Check 'em out!

Nice staff. Very friendly. The sliced beef was a bit dry. BBQ on the tables was the perfect spices and combination.
