Wendy's

I would rate 4,5 for Swadley on s,w, 86th and s, western, I got the 4 piece ribs and 2 of them where a bit tuff, but the manager turned and gave me 3 for the other and gave other. The lady named Ana was great on serving my family gave a good tip more than normal, I will come again.

Great food. But, no wonder they don't get very much business... Went here because McDonald's line was a nightmare, and Wendy's line was short... Spent 21$ on three burgers, three fries, and 2 drinks. This would have been half the price @ McDonald's. OK, so Wendy's has fancy pickles, and the meat is square, and charbroiled... Worth 11$ more? Not really.

Their $4 meal is not so flavorful, but they have good apple pecan salad and baked potatoes.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. 5 min after arriving a customer went off because he waited over 15min to get his food through the drive thru. We too would follow with a 35 minutes wait for our food to be served. After confronting them the server was shocked we didnt get our food and gave us free frosties. When we finally got our food the fries were luke warm and soggy. The burger seemed bland as well. This Wendy's needs a regional visit from Corporate. The staff is poorly trained and it was oddly evident that they either didn't care or had no idea how to manage orders sufficiently. The worst customer I have ever witnessed goes to Wendy's on 29th. I will never go there again, and that's a promise!!!!!

If there were an option to give 0 stars I would. I had to wait for 50 minutes before getting my food. I still had to pay full price and the food was horrible. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
