Olmsted Medical Center - Northwest Clinic

The care I received was great. The reception desk treated me very kindly, and got me registered in no time flat. The PA listened to my concerns, and was very prompt about how to proceed. The reason I'm leaving a 2-star review is their billing department. I've been fighting with them for 6 months to bill my secondary insurance, and every time they've said they've billed both of my insurances, the bill remained the same. Once my primary insurance paid, they simply did not bother to bill my secondary, which would have made the bill a lot easier to pay. If you need to go here for urgent care or primary care, make sure you only give them your better insurance plan if you have more than one. Would not recommend based on this alone. It's not worth the fight.

It's a great place to just relax when someone in your family is having an appointment and you have something to do.
