Best beach in N.E. Michigan even when it's colder. It is truly the sunrise side. Stop by beach park when the northeast winds are up. The waves are fantastic.

It says not to jump off into the water. But if you feel a bit rebellious, do so closer to the end of the pier walkway. It's actually pretty exhilarating!

Absolutely beautiful beach park with a great band shell. Awesome playsets for the kids and splash pad near the beach volleyball court. Fun relaxing walk on the pier nearby. Great music and movies in the summer!
