Grand Beach Resort Hotel

Very nice clean hotel. Compfy beds and nicely decorated rooms. Friendly staff who know the meaning of great customer service. Some rooms have balconies or walk out to beach patios with a beautiful views. Free breakfast was good with plenty to eat. Pool was nice and clean.

Had a very nice room with a patio that went right to their wonderful beach. Nicely appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Very friendly service. The inside pool and hot tub are great. I had a wonderful stay.

Night desk manager Jim wasn't at the desk when I tried to enter via the front door. Had to use a phone to call in - no key card access???? No answer. So I had to walk around to the back of the building and work my way back to the front. There was Jim. I said, "there you are" and he basically said he got there when he got there. I said not soon enough and he repeated. Like he didn't care he was AWOL. Bad attitude. No apology. Does a disservice to the hotel. I won't come back because anyone who hires him doesn't care about customer service.

Nice hotel. Decent location. Get a water front room. Breakfast could use a meat option but good enough to get by. Room was clean and we'll kept.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean. Lake front beach is absolutely beautiful! Worst part so far is the walls are not insulated very well so I've been woken up numerous times because of people slamming their room doors and every time the neighbors went to the bathroom.
