Kensington is a beautiful park all around and Maple beach is no exception. But what isn't mentioned online is after paying $10 to get into the park, you also have to pay to use the splash-pad. And it's not cheep! Anyone over 30 inches it's $6! My 2 year old is 32 inches. Ha! My wife and I were obviously not going to use the water, but rather we were only going to watch our son and it would have cost us $18. However, the beach is great and free! I felt a little bad seeing this nice splash-pad going basically unused but their pricing structure needs to be adjusted and their employees need to be trained on customer service.

Fun for little kids. The hourly rate for rentals makes you rush and not want to stay long. Friendly staff. Rocky beaches.
