An absolutely exquisite experience from beginning to end. We were promptly seated and brought water. Followed by our round of drinks, apts and entrees. Our server was super friendly and attentive to our needs (gluten free). Everything is locally sourced from the neighboring farms. The seafood is fresh and also local. I got the scallops, sea photo ;) and they were PERFECTLY cooked. We would highly recommend out of the fire for any kind of dinner occasion. Thank you so much for such a divine dinner!

Food is great. They have good vegetarian options although a few. Service is welcoming and attentive.

Good organic food with a satisfactory selection of wines and cocktails. The fire-roasted trout was delicious.

This place is beyond AMAZING!! Truly, you could close your eyes, pick something on the menu and not be disappointed- it's THAT good. Their dedication to the environment and local farm to table fare is to be congratulated. It's puts Easton, MD on the map as far as foodies are concerned. Bravo Amy!!! Our FAVORITE place for a night out!
