Outspokin' Bicycles

These guys are awesome. I needed a bike rack and they offered to show me how to put it on. In the middle of getting it out the box, a very cold torrential downpour happened and they literally got my bike on the rack and ready to go in the pouring rain. This is the type of service you can only dream about. I'm forever a customer. Thank you John and Shea (sp) for your help. You truly went above and beyond and I'm very grateful!

World class bike shop. Great staff, talented mechanics. Employees have a great spirit. They always spend the time to make sure you get what you need. I once went in wanting to buy a particular helmet that had good reviews. However, it did not fit my head, and the staff helped me try many helmets to find the right one. They have always fixed my bike, no matter what the problem.

I can’t say enough good things about the team here. This is my 4th visit for maintenance on my bike I purchased outside of the store prior to moving here and it has always been a fantastic experience working with the team getting me back on the road. Keep in mind I drive a hour just to get here. Thanks again for everything.

Outstanding Bike Shop! I love this place. I have an old Craig's List Schwinn that the folks at Outspoken keep going with fast, friendly and reasonably priced service. They never try to up-sell me or have me pay for more than I need. They will often do the work on the spot if they are not too busy. They also have a great shop of new and used bikes, along with everything you need for accessories. This is the place to go in the Midlands!

I have always been treated very well here. Chuck, Peter, Conner are friendly and helpful. Good location, and easy access to coffee.
