Outspokin Bicycles

I'm a senior and new to biking. When my ordered bike didn't come in as expected from Trek the folks at Irmo gave me a loner. My daughter in law wound up buying it and I got my smaller frame. Peter was super as were the other folks there at the store. I'm confident that if I have a problem they will fix it. They are great folks and care about customer satisfaction. I come there from Newberry.

Used to love Outspokin' on Devine. Moved 40 miles away, and went to the Irmo location with a serious chain-slipping problem. $100 later, and a promise it was fixed. IT WAS NOT, and I'M NOT HAPPY, can't ride the bike, and have to make another 80 mile round trip just to see about it.

While they did make an error in not re-adjusting my bike seat after changing a flat, they actually sent someone out to my ride location to adjust the seat so that I could still take advantage of the beautiful day & not have to waste an hour & a half driving to & from their location to get it taken care of. Great customer service.

It’s pricey you can get less expensive parts at other shops in South Carolina, also some of the workers don’t really know much about bikes. Simple repairs can insanely expensive.

I took my road bike in for routine maintenance, and the Outspoken Team did a great job. Peter was really knowledgable and helpful. Its a bit expensive, but they do great work.
